Who I am
With an MA in Leadership from Royal Roads University and a passion for helping entrepreneurs, leaders, and teams own their leadership and get things done, I’ve navigated the highs and lows of business building firsthand. Along the way, I’ve learned that leadership doesn’t have to be rigid or overwhelming—it can be creative, fun, and actually work for you.
That’s why my approach is built on creativity, collaboration, productivity, and community—because leadership isn’t about doing it all alone. I work with solopreneurs looking for clarity, organizations seeking alignment, and teams wanting to work better together.
